Meet the Heart Behind Stir Your Imagination

I started Stir Your Imagination Painting 27 years ago, originally specializing in hand painted murals and decorative finishes. As the business evolved, we moved away from those services and grew into a full service interior painting company including walls, trim, ceilings and complete kitchen cabinetry transformations. Stir your imagination Painting is still going strong today with my husband, Jim, at the helm of the painting work, while I continue to handle the office side of the business and provide color consultations.

After years of focusing on the painting side of the business, I realized how much I missed having a creative outlet of my own. I missed dreaming something up, making it personal, and watching an idea come to life. Stir Your Imagination Events grew from that feeling - a new way for me to use my creativity through immersive photo experiences and the handcrafted artistry of our Signature Sparkle Experience.

What I love most is creating experiences that feel personal, unexpected, and joyful. There's something incredibly special about watching someone see themselves in a completely new way - stepping into a scene or moment they may never have imagined for themselves and seeing the surprise, confidence, and laughter that comes with it.

After one event, a guest told me, “My face hurt from laughing so much.” That may be one of my favorite compliments I've ever received, because that's exactly what I want stir your imagination events to create: laughter, connection, joy, and moments people will remember long after the celebration is over.
